New Edgecliff Theatre is pleased to offer multiple ways for you to purchase tickets to our productions, whether you are looking to buy tickets to a single performance, or want to see our entire season. You can walk up to the box office before a show, reserve tickets by phone or purchase online. Learn more below!
Single tickets can be purchased for any main stage production at the following levels:

Special pricing is available for our Sweet Suspense fundraiser and second stage shows. Please see production pages for further details on pricing for those events.
The best way to enjoy our season is with our NET/Flex Subscriptions. Our NET/Flex Subscription allows you to decide how to use your tickets. Take a friend to see all four of our mainstage productions, or bring a group of friends to see just one show. Any way you use your NET/Flex Subscription, you SAVE! Flex Subscriptions can be reserved by calling the box office or by downloading the order form.
Sorry, NET/Flex tickets are not good for our Sweet Suspense fundraiser or any second stage shows.
Generally, tickets can be purchased the night of a performance by walking up to the box office, beginning one hour prior to curtain. Please remember, cash and check only at the door. If a performance is considered sold out, your name can be put on the waiting list (you must be present for your name to go on the waiting list, please do not call the box office). Ten minutes prior to curtain, any reserved tickets not picked up will be released on a first-come-first-served basis.
Seating is limited for most performances, so we suggest calling the box office to reserve your seats! Tickets may be reserved up to two hours prior to curtain by calling the box office hotline at 513.399.6638. Simply leave a message with your name, the number of adult, senior, or student tickets you would like, and for what performance. Someone with the box office staff will return your call to confirm your reservation (please allow for up to 24 hours). Your tickets will be held for you at the box office and can be picked up the night of the performance. Tickets not picked up 10 minutes prior to curtain will be released for purchase. At this time, phone orders cannot be paid for by credit card (please see Purchase Tickets Online to use your credit card); only cash or check are accepted when you pick up your tickets. If you have further questions, our knowledgeable box office staff will be happy to answer your questions.
Tickets to any New Edgecliff production can be purchased in advance online up to three hours prior to curtain through our partner site, Brown Paper Tickets. Although there is a service fee, BPT offers the lowest rate in the ticketing industry ($1.99/ticket). We’re also happy to let you know that BPT donates back 5% of its profits to charity, so you can feel good about purchasing your tickets online!
You can use BPT to purchase tickets for any of our productions, or to obtain your Flex/Pass for the entire season!
Tickets will not be mailed to you; instead, your paid reservations will be held for you at the box office and can be picked up the night of the performance. Because seating is general admission, we still encourage you to arrive at the theatre no later than 10 minutes before curtain to pick up your tickets and get the best seats.
Unfortunately, New Edgecliff Theatre does not offer refunds on pre-purchased tickets. However, we are happy to exchange your tickets for another performance or production, when available. Or, you can forfeit your tickets and turn your ticket purchase into a tax-deductable donation to our organization. We will provide you with a contribution letter for your tax records.
