Our Box Office
To reserve tickets via phone, call our hotline at 888.588.0137. Tickets will be held for you at will-call and can be paid for with cash or check. Want to use a credit card? Order tickets online here. You may also purchase tickets at the venue one hour prior to curtain.
Our Mailing Address
New Edgecliff Theatre does not receive mail at our performance space, the Columbia Performance Center. Instead, if you wish to send us written correspondence, you may reach us at our office address. Please send all mail to: 1612 Otte Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45223. (Please note, our office is not open to the public).
Our Performance Space
All NET productions are held at The Columbia Performance Center, located at 3900 Eastern Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45226.
The theatre is housed in an old church about 1/4 mile east of Delta Avenue. You can easily spot it by its distinctive pink color.
Parking is available on the street in the blocks surrounding the facility (please pay attention to posted signs). This means you can park on Eastern Avenue, Stites Avenue, or even Tennyson Avenue. Please note: our patrons are NOT permitted to park in the Irish Heritage Center parking lot.
The entrance to the theatre is on the Stites Avenue side of the building. Once inside, you’ll never forget the distinctive lobby, adorned with large scale puppets and eclectic decorations! The box office booth is located in the lobby. If picking up tickets at will-call, please remember to bring cash or a check, as we do not accept credit cards at the door!
