Audition
Whether a you are a seasoned professional or just getting your feet wet, all are welcome to audition for NET’s upcoming productions. We strongly encourage you to attend the League of Cincinnati Theatre’s Unified Auditions, as our artistic staff attend every year. Auditions and callbacks for individual shows are held throughout the year as needed. New Edgecliff Theatre is a non-union theatre, but we regularly secure Special Appearance contracts for Equity Performers. Visit our audition page to check for upcoming auditions.
Volunteer
If you are looking to share your time and your talent with our non-profit organization, we welcome you! Donating your time and efforts to a small organization like NET offers immediate and significant impact. Opportunities are available in all areas of production. We regularly need ushers (stay and see the show for free!), and if you are handy with a hammer or paintbrush, we would love your help in creating our sets. If your skills lie more in the business world, NET can utilize your skills in helping with the operations of our company (bookkeeping, filing, data entry, marketing, etc). Donate Dollars
Non-profit arts companies like ours rely heavily on grants, sponsorships and individual donations. Your contribution, no matter how small, has a significant impact on our ability to produce quality theatre for the Cincinnati area. And because we are a 501(c)3 organization, your donation is tax-deductible. Donate Materials and Supplies
The next time you are doing some spring cleaning, why not consider donating your things to New Edgecliff Theatre? We can use your hand-me-down clothes for costumes, old furniture for scenery, and just about anything qualifies as a prop! Additionally, building materials such as lumber, screws, nails, hinges, etc. that are donated save us money on our set budgets! We are also looking for gently used power tools and even storage containers. Check out the Donate page for a complete “wish list” and information on how to donate items!
Staff and Design Positions
New Edgecliff started in 1998 as an essentially two-person operation. Over the years, we have grown our staff, but continue to seek out talented individuals with a passion for the theatre. At this time, NET does not maintain any full-time staff members. Positions are stipend-paid on a per-production basis. If you are interested in working with our company, check for position openings listed on our Positions page.
