Season Sponsorship ($10,000+)

Although New Edgecliff prides ourselves on keeping our production costs down, it still costs us $7,000 on average to produce a single show. Multiple this by four, and you have the bare minimum needed to produce any season at all, let alone a challenging and exciting one. By giving at this level, you’ll help us cover an entire season.
That’s one whole year of theatre!

  • A mention in the program of each production, including an advertisement or your own personal message
  • A personal mention from stage during our Opening Night curtain speech for each production
  • “Season Sponsored By” on our website, advertisements, and all printed materials
  • Four free tickets to each production
  • An Opening Night “Meet and Greet” with the director and actors of each production
  • A show poster, signed by the cast, from each production of the season
  • One-time use of our performance space for a private party or event

Technical Sponsorship ($5,000 – $9,999)

Actors may be the stars, but it’s the technical staff that brings a performance together. Giving at this level not only allows us to support our technicians, but also to provide the necessary supplies to create the costumes, sets, lighting, and sound. for our entire season.

  • A personal mention from stage during our Opening Night curtain speech for each production
  • 2 free tickets to each production
  • A show poster, signed by the cast, from each production of the season

Print Sponsorship ($5,000 – $8,000: in-kind)

Building an audience starts with getting the word out! An in-kind print sponsorship would allow us to print brochures, posters, programs, and mailings for an entire season.

  • An advertisement the program of each production – you choose the size!
  • A personal “thank you” from stage during our Opening Night curtain speech
  • Your logo with tag line on our postcards and other mailers
  • An advertisements on our website
  • Two free tickets to each of our openings

Artistic Sponsorship ($1,000 – $4,999)

New Edgecliff strives to give both Equity and non-Equity actors a space to perform. This keeps New Edgecliff’s artistic quality high, while allowing Equity actors to flex their talents and giving non-Equity actors a place to learn and grow.
